Welcome to Claw Arcade. By accessing or using our website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase token packs, or attempt to win a prize. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account

You are responsible for the credentials associated with your account and for any activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Tokens and Purchases

Tokens are a digital in-app credit used to play the claw machines. Tokens have no cash value, are non-refundable outside of legally required scenarios, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

4. Prizes

Winning a prize entitles you to receive the corresponding Apple device as advertised at the time of play. Claims must be completed via the claim flow, including a valid shipping address and email verification. Shipping is limited to the countries listed at checkout.

5. Fair Play

Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a play, exploit bugs, use automation, or otherwise cheat will result in account suspension and forfeiture of tokens and prizes.

6. Intellectual Property

Apple, iPhone, MacBook and Apple Watch are trademarks of Apple Inc. Claw Arcade is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. All prizes are genuine devices sourced from authorised channels.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claw Arcade disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
